What it does
TubeKit AI is a workspace for people who publish on YouTube and are tired of guessing. It pulls channel, audience and market signals into one place — what a channel is actually doing, what its competitors are doing, and what an audience is searching for but not finding.
The tools
Analysis covers the channel, a full audit, individual videos, the comments and the competition. Research covers keywords, a niche, the gaps between what exists and what is searched for, and what is trending now. Production covers an SEO package for a video, thumbnail generation and A/B preview, channel art, an idea generator, and transcription with translation. Around those sit a content calendar, competitor alerts and a Chrome extension.
How it is paid for
Credits, bought once, not a subscription. Signing up includes three free credits and there is no plan to cancel. A channel analysis costs one credit; a thumbnail costs half; a competitor analysis costs three.
The tools that do not call a model stay free permanently — the thumbnail downloader, the resizer. Charging a subscription for a resize would be charging rent on arithmetic.
Why it is built this way
Most creator tools bill monthly whether or not anything was published that month. Creators do not work at a constant rate, and a tool that charges as though they do is a tool people quietly stop opening. Pay-as-you-go matches what the work actually looks like, and it means the product has to be worth opening each time rather than merely hard to cancel.
